1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

All bets, deposits, withdrawals, and account changes made through your account are considered final and your sole responsibility. 389ph will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account if you failed to secure your login details.

You must not share your account credentials with anyone, including family members or friends. Account sharing is a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension.
