The more you play at 389ph, the more you unlock. The VIP program is designed around consistent, active players — offering tier-based perks that add real value to your experience, from enhanced bonuses to priority service in Philippine Peso.
The 389ph VIP program runs across four tiers. Your tier is determined by your account activity — the more consistently you play, the higher you progress. Each level brings a distinct set of benefits.
The entry point into the 389ph VIP program. Silver tier is where every new active player begins their VIP journey — and it already comes with benefits beyond the standard account level.
Gold tier players at 389ph have shown consistent activity across the platform. The rewards at this level become noticeably more personalised and the service quality steps up.
Platinum is the tier where the 389ph VIP experience really opens up. Active players who reach this level enjoy substantially better terms and more frequent personalised engagement from the platform.
Diamond is the highest tier in the 389ph VIP program. It's reserved for the most active and loyal players on the platform — and comes with the most comprehensive set of benefits 389ph offers.
There's no application or sign-up process for the 389ph VIP program. Your tier advances automatically based on your account activity — the more consistently you play, the higher you go.
Every VIP journey starts with a free account. If you don't have one yet, head to the registration page — it takes a few minutes and your account is your ticket into the VIP program from day one of active play.
Your VIP progress is tracked across all game categories in the 389ph Game Lobby — slots, live casino, sports betting, eBingo, and poker all contribute. There's no need to focus on just one game type.
389ph monitors your account activity in the background. You don't need to manually submit anything or request a tier review — your progress updates based on qualifying play within the review period.
When your activity reaches the threshold for the next tier, your account is upgraded and the new benefits become immediately available. You'll be notified through your account when a tier change occurs.
VIP tiers at 389ph are reviewed periodically. Maintaining your current tier requires continued qualifying activity during the review window. Your account will show the current tier status and what's needed to stay at or advance beyond your current level.
Here's how the core benefits stack up across all four 389ph VIP tiers.
Loyalty programs are common across online gaming platforms in the Philippines, but they're not all equal. Some are complicated to track, the benefits feel vague, and the requirements to maintain your tier seem designed to be difficult. The 389ph VIP program is built around a different philosophy — activity drives progress, the tiers are clearly structured, and the perks at each level are designed to add genuine value to a regular player's experience.
If you play at 389ph consistently — whether that's daily sports betting on PBA and NBA games, regular live baccarat sessions in the evenings, or working through the slot library on weekends — you're contributing ongoing value to the platform. The VIP program is how 389ph acknowledges that. It's the difference between being a one-time visitor and being a recognised, rewarded member of the community.
The practical benefits matter too. Enhanced cashback rates at Gold tier and above mean more of your losses are returned to you during a difficult run. Faster withdrawal processing means less time waiting for your PHP winnings to clear. Personalised bonus offers mean promotions are tailored to your actual playing style rather than generic one-size-fits-all deals.
Cashback is one of the most tangible benefits in the 389ph VIP structure. At Silver, you're already eligible for cashback during qualifying periods. As you move through Gold, Platinum, and Diamond, the rate increases — meaning a larger percentage of net losses during cashback windows is returned to your account balance.
For regular players, this is a meaningful financial difference over time. A higher cashback rate doesn't eliminate the risk of losing — all gaming involves that — but it does soften the impact and allows your balance to last longer during extended playing periods. It's one of the clearest ways the 389ph VIP program provides real, measurable value to active members.
Your VIP tier and associated benefits are tied to your 389ph account, not to a specific device. Whether you're logging in from a phone in Quezon City, a tablet in Cebu, or a laptop in Davao, the same tier status, promotions, and cashback rates apply. The 389ph mobile experience — both through the app and mobile browser — gives you full access to your VIP dashboard so you can always see where you stand and what offers are active.
For Diamond and Platinum tier members with a dedicated VIP host or manager, contact is handled through channels specified inside your account. You don't need to be at a desktop to reach your VIP contact or check your tier progress. See the App page for mobile access setup.
The 389ph VIP program sits alongside — not instead of — the standard promotions calendar. As a VIP member, you can access general promotional offers available to all players while also receiving tier-specific benefits. At higher tiers, personalised promotions may replace or supplement standard offers with terms better suited to your activity pattern.
Promotional offers always carry their own terms and conditions — VIP membership doesn't bypass wagering requirements or other standard conditions. What it does provide is access to offers with potentially more favourable terms, and priority notification when new promotions go live. Check the Promotions page for what's currently available and log in to see which tier-specific offers are active for your account.
Keeping your VIP tier active requires qualifying play, which requires a funded account. Visit the Deposit page to see all available PHP payment methods — Philippine online banking, bank transfer, and local e-wallets are all supported. All deposits and your VIP cashback returns are processed in Philippine Peso, with no currency conversion involved at any stage.
